20+ years across software product leadership, engineering and delivery. Ex-Infosys, where I led projects in the retail domain for 10 years. Thereafter, enabling SMEs & startups to adopt technology, for a decade.
Now, I run Kaalantak full-time, leveraging my global corporate experience and the work experience with small & medium enterprises (SME), to enable SME clients across the globe with AI technology. Three things I've learned that shape how Kaalantak operates:​​

We start with where money, time, or risk is actually leaking today. The first goal is a use case that can show clear movement on revenue, cost, or risk ASAP.

How we work?
You work directly with the principal. When you hire Kaalantak, you're hiring me. I scope the work. I lead the delivery. I am personally accountable for what ships.
We bring senior partners when scope demands it. For specialized needs — animated product promotion videos, product PR, some specific technical skills — I bring in a vetted bench of senior designers and engineers I've worked with before.
We work in fixed scope, phase-gated payments. No surprise invoices. If a phase doesn't pass UAT, you don't pay the next one.
The audit comes with a money-back guarantee. We take 4 retainer clients at a time. Senior attention is the product. Capacity caps protect it
